Boerne Cedar & Brush Cleanup with Forestry Mulching
Large piles of cut cedar and brush were left across this future-build property. Forestry mulching processed the material on site while selected cedar and mature trees remained in place.
Maintaining the land before a future build
This Boerne property in Kendall County is being held for a future home. Until then, the goal is to keep the land cleaner, usable and easier to maintain. It is a situation we hear often in the Hill Country: buy the land now, improve it over time, then build when the timing is right.

Large dry cedar and brush piles remained
Much of the unwanted cedar and brush had already been cut, but large piles of dry woody material were still sitting around the property. Selected cedar and mature trees remained in place.
Beyond looking cluttered, the owner was concerned about leaving the piles for years because they could add to fuel buildup and create sheltered areas where snakes and other wildlife might hide.
For broader clearing needs, see Land Clearing and Brush & Cedar Clearing.
Mulch the material on site
Forestry mulching fit this job because the cedar and brush were already cut and piled. The material could be processed where it sat instead of loaded and hauled away.
The mulcher reduced the piles and spread the processed material across the work area while the selected vegetation remained.

Cleaner, more open land
The large piles were gone, the selected cedar and mature trees remained, and the property was easier to move through and maintain while the owner plans the future build.

Keep the property from getting away from you
Vacant land can still need periodic attention. After heavier brush is under control, Acreage & Tractor Mowing or selective brush management can help keep access open and growth manageable until construction begins.
