Working With Two Sons

What kinds of properties do you serve?

We focus on acreage, rural and semi-rural properties, and large lots where equipment-assisted work makes sense. We are not a weekly suburban lawn-mowing service.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Bulverde and serve the San Antonio metro and Texas Hill Country, including Spring Branch, Boerne, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Garden Ridge and surrounding areas. Travel distance depends on the size of the job, equipment needed and whether several tasks can be combined.

What services do you offer?

Our core work includes ongoing acreage maintenance, tractor and property work, brush and cedar clearing, driveway grading and gravel spreading, mulch and wood-chip spreading, landscaping and tree installation, and pressure washing. Send the whole outdoor list—we will tell you what fits our equipment and capabilities.

Can I combine several projects into one visit?

Yes. That is often the most efficient way to use an equipment visit. Include every item on your list so we can evaluate the right machine, materials and time for the property.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. Estimates are free and there is no obligation. For straightforward work, photos may be enough to begin evaluating the scope. Larger or more complex projects may need an on-site look.

What should I include with my estimate request?

Include the property address, approximate acreage, a clear description of the work and anything we should know about access, gates, slopes, drainage or material piles. The more complete the request, the more accurately we can plan the job.

Do photos help?

Yes. Wide photos showing the overall work area and access are especially helpful. Include closer photos of problem spots, piles, ruts or drainage issues when relevant. The estimate form accepts up to five photos.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to respond within one business day and sooner when practical. If we are operating equipment and miss your call, leave a voicemail or send a text.

Do I have to commit to a long contract?

No. There is no long-term commitment. Ongoing service can be canceled at any time, and the schedule can be adjusted as your property's needs change.

Can ongoing service include different tasks at each visit?

Yes. Acreage care changes with the property and the season. One visit might focus on brush or storm debris, while the next handles a driveway touch-up, material spreading or another item on the list.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the work, labor, equipment, access, travel or mobilization, materials, hauling and disposal. We provide a clear estimate for the agreed scope before work begins.

Do you haul away brush and debris?

Hauling or disposal can be included when it is practical for the job. Volume, access, loading time and disposal costs affect the estimate. In some cases, consolidating or mulching material on the property may be the better option.

Do you supply gravel, mulch or other materials?

We can often supply or coordinate delivery of materials, or work with material already on the property. The best approach depends on quantity, delivery access, product availability and the job scope.

What happens if part of my project is outside your scope?

We will say so. The goal is a good result, not taking on work that needs a different license, specialty crew or piece of equipment. When possible, we will explain what type of contractor the work requires.
